In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "won99a," "we," "us," "our" refers to the won99a platform, accessible at won99a.app, and its operating entity.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the won99a platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" means the won99a website, mobile-optimised web application, and all associated services including the Sportsbook, Casino, Slots, and Toto 4D sections.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by an individual upon successful completion of the won99a registration process.
• "Funds" or "Balance" refers to the monetary value held within a user's won99a account, comprising deposited amounts less any withdrawals, wagers placed, and applicable fees.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback credit, or other incentive awarded by won99a to eligible account holders.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate betting turnover a user must complete before Bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

References to any statute, regulation, or other legal instrument shall be construed as references to that instrument as amended or re-enacted from time to time. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

By accessing the won99a platform, creating an Account, or making use of any service provided through won99a, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to the won99a Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the won99a Platform and must not attempt to create or maintain an Account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms as at the effective date of such update.

Use of the won99a Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. won99a enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all account registrations and betting activity.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful.
• You are acting as principal on your own account and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of won99a or its affiliated game suppliers.

won99a reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any Account holder at any time. Acceptable documentation includes government-issued identification such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other equivalent document. Accounts where age or identity cannot be satisfactorily verified will be suspended pending resolution, and all funds held in such accounts will be frozen during the verification period.

Any person who knowingly provides false information to circumvent the age verification process commits fraud. won99a will report such cases to the relevant authorities and will permanently close the Account, forfeiting all associated funds.

Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the won99a Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device fingerprints — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds contained therein.

Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update such information promptly in the event of any change. won99a accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your won99a login credentials with any third party. won99a will never ask you to provide your password in any customer support communication.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify won99a support immediately. won99a reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation. won99a accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of an Account where the user has failed to take reasonable steps to maintain credential security.

won99a supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB, and Public Bank. won99a does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via methods not listed in the approved payment channels published on the Platform at the time of the transaction.

All funds deposited into a won99a Account must be the legitimate property of the account holder. The use of payment methods belonging to third parties is prohibited. won99a may request proof of payment method ownership at any time as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

• Minimum deposit: As displayed on the deposits page within your won99a Account at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal processing: Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during standard operating hours, subject to identity verification completion.
• Withdrawal restrictions: Funds derived from Bonus credits are subject to Wagering Requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. won99a reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests that do not satisfy applicable wagering or verification requirements.
• Currency: All transactions on won99a are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified.

won99a is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or public holidays affecting financial institution processing times in Malaysia.

All bets placed on the won99a Sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type. These rules are published within the Sportsbook section and may be updated from time to time. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for that bet.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the won99a system, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the user, except where a specific "cash out" feature has been made available for that market and the user elects to use it prior to settlement.

won99a reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was placed after the relevant event had already concluded;
• There is reasonable evidence that the bet was placed based on information not publicly available at the time of placement ("insider information");
• A palpable pricing error (commonly referred to as a "palp") is identified;
• The event is abandoned, postponed, or materially altered in a manner that renders the original market terms inapplicable.

All casino and slots games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, on physical dealing procedures conducted under video surveillance. Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by won99a or any other party subsequent to bet placement.

won99a may, from time to time, offer Bonuses to eligible Account holders. The specific eligibility criteria, Wagering Requirements, qualifying game types, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to each Bonus are set out in the individual promotion terms published alongside each offer.

General conditions applicable to all won99a Bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, per IP address, and per device;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash prior to satisfaction of the applicable Wagering Requirement;
• won99a reserves the right to withdraw or modify any Bonus offer at any time, subject to the rights already accrued by eligible players prior to such modification;
• Where a player's betting pattern is identified as constituting Bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk, high-coverage bets solely to meet Wagering Requirements — won99a reserves the right to void the Bonus and any associated winnings;
• Winnings generated from Free Spins are credited as Bonus funds and are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the won99a Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human process to place bets, interact with games, or access the Platform;
• Collusion with other players in casino or poker-type games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering, or using won99a as a vehicle to transfer funds for any purpose other than legitimate gambling entertainment;
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or bugs — any such exploitation must be reported to won99a support immediately;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the won99a Platform, its games, or its infrastructure;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the operation of the Platform or adversely affects the experience of other users.

won99a employs real-time fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units in Malaysia and internationally where required by applicable law.

All content on the won99a Platform — including but not limited to the won99a name, logo, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of won99a or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use won99a's intellectual property without prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and others remains the intellectual property of the respective rights holder and is licensed to won99a for display within the Platform under commercial arrangements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, won99a shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the won99a Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any specific service within it;
• Errors in game outcomes resulting from technical malfunctions, provided such malfunctions are identified and addressed promptly and in accordance with the relevant game rules;
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity — you acknowledge that all gambling involves the risk of financial loss and that won99a does not guarantee any positive return from use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits won99a's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

won99a is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all Malaysian players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your won99a Account;
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when your active playing session exceeds a user-defined duration;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent closure of your won99a Account with a commitment not to re-register.

won99a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.

In the event of termination for cause, any balance consisting of legitimately deposited and wagered funds (net of any Bonus amounts subject to active Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of identity verification procedures. Funds derived from Bonus credits that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement at the time of termination shall be forfeited.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting won99a customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data provided by won99a Account holders is governed by the won99a Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

won99a processes personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support. won99a does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the won99a Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which won99a is licensed and regulated.

In the event of a dispute between you and won99a, you should first contact won99a customer support in writing, setting out the nature and basis of the dispute. won99a will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and aim to resolve the dispute within fourteen (14) calendar days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through this internal process, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the applicable regulatory authority.

won99a reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Account holders via the email address associated with their won99a Account at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must discontinue your use of the won99a Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 12.
